Fight Captain Greg Dubrule in the Shadow of the Great White
Captain Greg Dubrule, now of the Black Hawk out of Connecticut, caught this 16.5 foot shark weighing 3,412 pounds back on August 5, 1983. Stop by and see the fiberglass mount of the massive great white shark which was landed after a 5 hour battle off the coast of Rhode Island. Even the teeth were molded from the originals. While there see if you can out muscle Captain Greg – strap on a harness attached to fishing line and try to power across the finish line while the Captain is strapped into the fighting chair with a rod and reel. Think you can get there? Prizes awarded to anyone who can!
Whether at a sports show or at any one of the many freshwater promotions he does, introducing new families, especially children, to the fishing opportunities Connecticut has to offer has always been a high priority for Greg.
