Capt. Fred is on the Pro Staffs of Contender, Yamaha, Nomad, Owner, Chatter Lures, AFW, Costa, and Shimano. Capt Fred has appeared in numerous fishing shows on the Sportsman Channel and Outdoor Channel Network, and is very active on the seminar circuit and enjoys sharing his knowledge with enthusiastic crowds. During the winter months you can find Capt Fred performing seminars at All of the major shows, Philly Outdoor fishing show, Atlantic City boat show, Edison Saltwater Fishing Show and Canyon Runner Seminar Series.  Capt Fred has written numerous articles for the Fisherman Magazine and Big Game Journal, while be highlighted countless times in Saltwater Sportsman, Sportfishing and On the Water magazines.

Captain Fred is very active in sustaining the species he chases. He was one of the original captains who participated in the tuna tagging program with John Logioco, “Save the Bluefin Tuna Project”. Capt Fred was one of the very few Chosen to serve on the board of “ICCAT”, The International Commission for the Conversation of Atlantic Tunas, where he served a two-year term.

A native of the New Jersey shore, Gene has been fishing the inshore and offshore waters for over 40 years. Gene specializes in fishing for all species of Tuna and Striped Bass on light tackle; and has put hundreds of anglers on their first trophy Striped Bass and Tuna. Capt. Gene is one of a handful of anglers worldwide who have consistently landed Tuna over 100 lbs. on fly tackle; and has proven himself to be of the elite captains in the Northeast when it comes to catching large Bluefin Tuna on casting tackle.

Capt. Gene was voted one of the Top 50 Charter Captains by Saltwater Sportsman Magazine and was also voted as one of the Top 100 Fishing Guides in North America by Field & Stream Magazine.

Captains RJ and Cody Melton have been perfecting the art of fishing the New Jersey Canyons over the past 20 years. They worked on private vessels for 10 years and for the last 8 have been running a successful charter boat out of Manasquan NJ called Jersey Nutz.

He is an extremely passionate angler who specializes in Land Based Shark Fishing on Long Island, New York, but often ventures out to different states along the east coast of the U.S.

Highly conservative with his shark studies and tagging, Chris loves sharing his experiences and knowledge with fishing fanatics and shark enthusiasts. Chris has been helping various research associations by tagging and documenting thousands of sharks of different species. Frank Mihalic

Frank Mihalic is a Trophy Blackfish hunter. He has developed a skillset that is hard to deny, and he is willing to share with you in a very interactive seminar format.  He has been a writer and seminar presenter for the past 30 years. Geoff Cerrelli

Geoff is an angler of all seasons, fishing both fresh and saltwater. He has over 40 years of experience fishing for fluke up and down the Atlantic coast from VA to Cape Cod. Geoff has fished private boats, headboats, and charterboats and caught big fluke on them all.

Captain Kevin Albohn has spent the last 20 years as more than just a serious fisherman. He has been following the tuna migrations from southern New Jersey to Cape Cod primarily targeting them via jig and pop but also with traditional trolling methods.

He is the owner of Blue Line Charters in Watch Hill, Rhode Island and is one of the few charter captains that dedicates his time to primarily tuna fishing. Captain Kevin additionally runs charters with One More Cast Charters out of Oceanside, New York allowing him to learn the patterns of the migrating tunas before and after most local outfits.

He can be found chasing bluefins and yellowfins on the midshore grounds to casting to big eyes in the canyons. As a father of 4, he emphasizes the importance of getting children on the water and getting them involved in learning all aspects of fishing and conservation. It is not uncommon to see one of them as a deckhand even though they are still at very young ages.

 Captain Kevin has been featured on NBC sports and several other smaller scale productions. He can be found giving seminars and instruction throughout the northeast during the winter months which have included the Canyon Runner and Castafari Big Game Seminars.
